About Phillip

I am a seasoned SaaS sales leader with more than twelve years of combined experience selling and leading high‑performing teams. My track record includes developing data-driven go-to-market strategies, scaling outbound organizations, and driving predictable revenue growth.

I have led sales development and new business teams for early stage and growth stage companies, including Seamless AI, FMX, Dash fi, and Troy and Banks. I have built territory models, rebuilt underperforming teams, and partnered with marketing, product, and operations to open new markets in K–12, higher education, SLED, and commercial sectors.

Most recently, I launched Iron Hoof AI, an AI consulting initiative to help athletic departments in K-12 / Higher Education organizations and small businesses leverage data and generative AI tools. I am adept at integrating AI and API‑driven workflows, including ChatGPT, into sales processes to boost productivity and personalization.
